Patrice M. Parsons

Patrice has more than 30 years of combined experience in providing audit and financial consulting services. Patrice has more than 15 years of experience providing consulting services to attorneys on litigation projects. Patrice provides assistance in a variety of litigation matters and disputes involving fraud, intellectual property infringement, misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of contract, and employment matters.

Patrice is a Certified Public Accountant, a member of the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants (MNCPA), and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Patrice graduated from Carleton College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Patrice also received a Master of Science degree in Accountancy from DePaul University.
