Karen M. VanGuilder

Karen has more than 28 years of combined experience in auditing, accounting, finance, and financial consulting. Karen has more than 20 years of experience providing consulting services to attorneys on litigation projects. Karen provides assistance in a variety of litigation matters and disputes involving fraud, intellectual property infringement, misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of contract, and employment matters.

Karen is a Certified Public Accountant. Karen graduated from the University of Minnesota – Duluth in 1993 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accountancy.
