Karen M. VanGuilder

Karen has more than 30 years of combined experience in auditing, accounting, finance, and financial consulting. Karen has more than 20 years of experience providing consulting services to attorneys on litigation projects. Karen provides assistance in a variety of litigation matters and disputes involving fraud, intellectual property infringement, misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of contract, and employment matters.

Karen is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Minnesota Society Certified Public Accountants (MNCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Karen graduated from the University of Minnesota - Duluth in 1993 with a Bachelor of Accounting degree.
